Rewa Provincial Holding Company Limited seeks appropriate applicants for the position of Accounts & Administration Assistant. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the position includes but not limited to reception, administrative and clerical support dealing with our contractors and shareholders, and supporting the Chief Executive Officer in the daily operations of the company.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes and skills:
Knowledge:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Diploma in Accounting/ Finance level
• Must be Computer literate
• Must possess strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge in MYOB is a must
• Knowledge of preparing monthly VAT returns & other levy’s, etc.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in Time management, multitasking and prioritizing.
• Handle Pressure and be able to meet deadlines and lead times.
• Positive attitude to all tasks and have the ability to think logically.
• Problem solving with an eye for detail.
• Mature-minded & friendly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Processing Invoices, Receipting and payments
• Managing the accounts receivable/ payable function
• Petty Cash & Cash Book
• Preparing monthly MYOB reports
• Assisting with ad hoc admin duties
• Prepare monthly FRCS & FNPF lodgments on timely manner
• Prepare banking
